PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle switch device which can switch an angle of a movable body and can lock the rotation automatically after switching, and to provide a handrail device.SOLUTION: The angle switch device according to the invention includes: a base part formed with a first tooth part arranged with crest parts and valley parts repeated along an outer periphery; a shaft part extended from an end of the base part on a side formed with the first tooth part in a generally columnar shape; a movable body including a rotation part formed with a second tooth part capable of mesh with the first tooth part, rotatable with the shaft part as a rotation shaft, and movable along a longitudinal direction of the shaft part, and an extension part extended from the rotation part in a different direction from the rotation shaft of the rotation part; a cam attached on the shaft part so as to rotate and restricting movement of the rotation part in a longitudinal direction of the shaft part, by means of a position rotated in a first rotation direction; energization means energizing the cam in a second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction; and a rotation control mechanism controlling rotation motion of the movable body by the rotation part by restricting rotation of the cam in the second rotation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
