The present invention relates to a disassembly and assembly apparatus of a large scale high pressure horizontal type valve which can prevent damage to internal components and can reduce maintenance time and manpower by being able to calibrate or correct a horizontal maintaining state of a stem and a bonnet assembly from a valve body during disassembling and assembling of the high pressure large scale valve. According to the present invention, in the disassembling and assembling apparatus of the large scale high pressure horizontal type valve for separating the assembly of the bonnet installed in the valve body and the stem installed at a center of the bonnet from the valve body or assembling the assembly into the valve body, a front trolley and a rear trolley are installed together at a guide beam fixed on an upper part horizontally, and a front height adjustment tool is installed at a lower part of the front trolley. A front assembly fixing tool is assembled and installed between a stud bolt of the bonnet and the front height adjustment tool, and a rear height adjustment tool is installed at a lower part of the rear trolley. A rear assembly fixing tool is assembled and installed between the stem and the rear height adjustment tool.
