The present invention relates to a multilayered pipe manufacturing device, and a multilayered pipe manufacturing method using the same. The multilayered pipe with a desirable diameter is manufactured by manufacturing a base pipe by inserting an insertion pipe into a reception pipe; extruding the base pipe at a constant pressure with a ram; thermal treating the base pipe with a thermal treatment unit; and extending the thermal-treated base pipe with an extending unit. Accordingly, the multilayered pipe manufacturing device and the multilayered pipe manufacturing method using the same are capable of economically manufacturing the multilayered pipe by mechanical and metallurgical plurality of pipes with a relatively simple configuration through a relative simple process.
