The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing sea eel slices and sea eel slices manufactured by the same. More specifically, the method for manufacturing sea eel slices includes the following steps: preparing and slicing sea eels; impregnating the sliced sea eels with medicinal herb extract liquid; firstly drying the impregnated sea eels; firstly boiling down the firstly dried sea eels with soybean sauce; secondly drying the firstly boiled sea eels; secondly boiling down the secondly dried sea eels with soybean sauce; and thirdly drying the secondly boiled sea eels. According to the method for manufacturing sea eel slices and the sea eel slices manufactured by the same, the sea eel slices do not have fishy smell; almost all of toxicity is removed; nutrients are rarely lost; and thus the sea eel slices can help a user promote health. In addition, consumption of sea eels can be promoted by diversifying a method for processing sea eels. |
