PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foodstuff shaping platform in which the operation of the positioning of the foodstuff is easily done while the placing surface for the foodstuff is kept in a hygiene condition.SOLUTION: Provided is a foodstuff shaping platform 3 for shaping a plate-shaped foodstuff, comprising a base 9 whose placing surface 11 which is the surface onto which the foodstuff is placed, is flat, a guide 10 placed over the placing surface 11 in a state movable over the placing surface 11 and defining the position of the foodstuff on the placing surface 11, a base-side fixing portion 13 provided in the proximity to the guide 10 in a position different from the placing surface 11 of the base 9, and a guide-side fixing portion 14 provided, in the guide 10, at a position corresponding to the base-side fixing portion 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
