PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and accurately manage data on an employee even when the employee belongs to plural companies.SOLUTION: When a control unit decides that an employee having the same name and date of birth as another employee exists in a second company and a communication unit acquires information specifying a first contact address and second contact address of the employee, the control unit references a memory unit and decides whether first information containing the acquired first contact address and second contact address is identical to second information containing the first contact address and second contact address of the employee having the same name and date of birth and being already stored in the memory unit. If the first information and second information are identical to each other, the control unit appends an application status of the employee as Registered to the memory unit.
