PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine verification of an observation angle to a print to be observed without using a measuring instrument dedicated for measuring an observation angle.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus creates image data of a verification chart in which a first verification image comprising a chromatic color material layer and an achromatic color material layer so as to develop a predetermined color at a predetermined observation angle, and a second verification image comprising only a chromatic color material layer so as to develop a predetermined color irrespective of the observation angle, are formed as a pair on a recording medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
