PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box having a structure which can integrally include a separable tag in which the portion is closed when separating the tag, and sufficient information is described, and a blank sheet of the same.SOLUTION: A packaging box includes a closed space surrounded with a plurality of partition surfaces. Furthermore, the packaging box includes an opening part O in any of the plurality of partition surfaces, includes an overlapping part L including the partition surface, a folded piece 1 continuously folded on the partition surface, and an innermost layer blind piece 2, on either one of the plurality of partition surfaces, or a position of the continuous plurality of partition surfaces, integrally includes a tag part 3 continuing from the partition surface constituting the overlapping part L to the folded piece 1 in the overlapping part L, and includes a notch 4 in the periphery of the tag part 3.
