PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid dosage form which can reduce the size of a tablet without impairing chemical and physical stability of clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate, an antithrombotic drug.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a solid dosage form containing clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate aggregates with a particle size distribution in which Dis not less than 75 microns. The clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate aggregates are present in the amount of at least 55% by weight of the solid dosage form. Preferably, the clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate aggregates have a particle size distribution in which Dis not less than 150 microns, a particle size distribution in which Ddoes not exceed 750 microns, and is present in the amount of at least 75% by weight of the solid dosage form.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
