PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device that can stably suppress scattering of toner occurring on the downstream side of a developing area despite a configuration using a paddle for supplying a developer, a process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A partition plate 150 is installed between a paddle roller 83 and a second developing roller 82. The partition plate 150 suppresses the movement of a developer conveyed from the paddle roller 83 to a developer separation part of a second developing roller 82, suppresses excessive supply of the developer to a developer peeling space 151 by the paddle roller 83, and generates an optimal sucking air current, so as to prevent scattering of toner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
