PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp an empty status of respective storage box of a parcel delivery box and improve security when receiving a stored parcel.SOLUTION: A management server 50a manages deposit and reception of parcels to respective storage boxes 10a, 10b of a parcel delivery box 10, and provides empty information of the storage boxes. A user 30 applies reception of the parcel whose destination is the user via the parcel delivery box, and designates an empty storage box which is convenient for the user, based on the provided empty information. As an authentication number when the user receives the parcel, a number including part or whole of a number related to delivery of the parcel which is described in a document delivered to the user from a delivery service person, is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
