摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coherence tomographic device which makes high speed scan and a large scan range compatible, and to enable high speed collection of two-dimensional data, and furthermore, three-dimensional data.SOLUTION: An optical coherence tomographic device includes: a light source 1 which outputs low coherence light to an analyte T; a beam splitter 2 which divides the low coherence light into two directions to be output as reference light L1 and measurement light L2; flat surface scanning means 10 for irradiating the analyte with the measurement light by performing flat surface scanning; optical detection means 7 for detecting light in which the reference light and reflected light are coupled with each other by the beam splitter; and a signal processor 8 which generates an optical tomographic image of the analyte by analyzing coherence of the light detected by the optical detection means. The flat surface scanning means performs flat surface scanning of the measured light to a Lissajous figure by deflecting the measured light in the same direction as an application direction of voltage by applying the voltage to at least two electro-optic crystals 41, 51 provided on an optical path of the measured light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
