PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus having a heat radiation structure that is simply configured and prevents an external member from becoming hot locally.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: a mounting member having a shape on which a tripod can be mounted externally; a main substrate mounted with an electric component; a first spacer disposed between the mounting member and the main substrate; and a first fixing member for electrically connecting the mounting member and the main substrate. The first spacer has heat conductivity lower than that of the mounting member.
