PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a part from being scratched, to surely discharge the part from a cell by making the part difficult to be clogged at a discharge port, and to improve the stability of part discharge.SOLUTION: A part supply device comprises: an accommodation drum 2 which is arranged at a machine base 1, accommodates a plurality of parts W, and has a discharge port 5 of the parts W; a disc-shaped disc 20 which has a rotating shaft 21 with a center axis P of the accommodation drum 2 as an axial core, and a plurality of penetrated cells 23 which are rotatably arranged, and accommodate the parts W one by one on a virtual circle with the center axis P as a center; and a hopper 30 which feeds the parts W in the accommodation drum 2 from a feeder port 32. The accommodation drum 2 and the disc 20 are inclined at a prescribed angle &thetas; with respect to a vertical direction V of the machine base 1 so that the discharge port 5 of the accommodation drum 2 is located at the highest position, and when the cell 23 of the disc 20 reaches a top dead point by the forward rotation of the disc 20 by a disc control part 26, the cell 23 is superimposed on the discharge port 5, and the part W is discharged from the discharge port 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
