PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine part made of metal and rubber having clean and good appearance that can avoid a high cost of an adhesive material, an increased manufacturing cost in molding, contamination of a mold or foreign matter formation caused by a sticking adhesive in molding, and troubles caused by peeling-off of an adhesive from an engaged part of metal parts.SOLUTION: A machine part 1 made of metal and rubber is formed by coating a surface of a metal part 2 of a prescribed shape with a thermosetting resin adhesive A and bonding vulcanized rubber 3 of a prescribed shape to a part of the surface of the metal part 2 by molding. The surface of the metal part 2 coated with the adhesive A before molding is limited to a bonding area B of the rubber 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
