PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foodstuff shaping platform in which the operation of the positioning of the foodstuff is easily done while the cleanability is good and the placing surface for the foodstuff is kept in a hygiene condition.SOLUTION: Provided is a foodstuff shaping platform 3 for shaping a plate-shaped foodstuff, comprising a base 9 including a placing surface 11 which is the surface on which side the foodstuff f is placed, and a guide 10 placed over the placing surface 11 in a state movable over the placing surface 11 and defining the position of the foodstuff f on the placing surface 11, and in which the guide 10 includes a guide-side fixing portion 14 provided in the proximity to the base 9, and the base 9 includes a base-side fixing portion 13 provided in the proximity to the guide 10, and a guide restriction portion 12 for restricting the lateral displacement of the guide 10, and in which one of the guide-side fixing portion 14 and the base-side fixing portion 13 is a magnet and the other is a magnet or magnetic material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
