PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a system, a method and a program for acquiring information about the contact situation of a content, from the screen shot of a terminal.SOLUTION: A content contact situation detector 100 acquires the screen shot of a start-up application by a terminal, and refers to each determination data of a determination table. When a character and image which recognized a screen shot in a first detection area are detected as the detection character and image of the determination data, the detection character and image which recognized a screen shot in a second detection area, depending on the detection identification information of the determination data are converted into predetermined codes, as the detection results.
