PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color fluctuation monitoring device capable of visually discriminating a position with great color fluctuation within a page or a page with great color fluctuation, an image formation apparatus, a color fluctuation visualizing device and a program.SOLUTION: The color fluctuation monitoring device includes: reception means 20 for receiving an output request of image data; monitor region setting means 22 for setting a monitor region of color fluctuation to the image data; monitor color information acquisition means 24 which inputs chromaticity image data corresponding to an output image outputted on the basis of the image data and acquires monitor color information of the monitor region from the chromaticity image data; color fluctuation amount calculation means 25 for calculating a color fluctuation amount between reference chromaticity data and the monitor color information; monitoring image generation means 26 for generating a monitoring image from the image data or the output image outputted on the basis of the image data; and screen information generation means 27 for generating screen information reflected with information about the color fluctuation amount by superposing the monitor region on the monitoring image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
