PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required for sensing processing by narrowing down sensing target frequencies when WS information cannot be acquired from WSDB.SOLUTION: A spectrum sensing method includes a WS acquisition step for acquiring WS information expressing a use situation of each frequency from WSDB and a sensing step for performing spectrum sensing when the WS information cannot be acquired from the WSDB. In the sensing step, frequencies not used for PU are set as sensing target frequencies on the basis of the WS information acquired latest, partial frequencies out of frequencies used for the PU are added to sensing target frequencies on the basis of the WS information acquired latest and the spectrum sensing is performed for the determined sensing target frequencies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
