PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information detection device or the like which enables lower power consumption according to the state of sleeping.SOLUTION: The biological information detection device comprises: a first light reception unit 141 for receiving light from a subject; a second light reception unit 142 for receiving light from the subject; at least one light emission unit 150 for emitting light to the subject; and a processing unit 200. When a distance between the light emission unit 150 and the first light reception unit 141 is L1, and a distance between the light emission unit 150 and the second light reception unit 142 is L2, L1<L2 holds true. The processing unit 200 determines an active state of the subject on the basis of a first detection signal detected by the first light reception unit 141 and a second detection signal detected by the second light reception unit 142, and controls, according to the determined active state, a first detection operation performed by the light emission unit 150 and the first light reception unit 141 and a second detection operation performed by the light emission unit 150 and the second light reception unit 142.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
