PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spray device, a two-fluid spray device and a control method for a two-fluid spray device, which can suppress liquid from entering a gas flow path of the two-fluid spray device.SOLUTION: A printer comprises a liquid spray head capable of spraying ink against a sheet and a two-fluid spray device 75 capable of spraying air and liquid for cleaning against the liquid spray head. The two-fluid spray device 75 has: a two-fluid spray nozzle 78 capable of spraying mixed fluid made by mixing the air and the liquid for cleaning; a gas flow path 83a for supplying the air to the two-fluid spray nozzle 78; a storage tank 87 for storing the liquid for cleaning; and a liquid flow path 88a that supplies the liquid for cleaning stored in the storage tank 87 to the two-fluid spray nozzle 78. To the storage tank 87 is imparted negative pressure so that a gas-liquid interface KK of the liquid for cleaning is positioned closer to the storage tank 87 than a mixing portion KA, at which the air and the liquid for cleaning are mixed, in a state where the mixed fluid is not sprayed from the two-fluid spray nozzle 78.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
