PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer having a printing head and an RFID antenna.SOLUTION: A printer 1 comprises a printing part 6 for printing on a surface of an RFID label 9 by transferring an RFID sheet continuous body 2 of temporarily installing the RFID label 9 on a layout sheet 8 to a predetermined transfer passage 3 and a data reading-writing part 5 for communicating information to the RFID label 9 between these. The printing part 6 comprises a platen roller 18, a head body 17A having a heating element 17B and a protective cover 17D for covering a part of the head body 17A and arranged on the upstream side of the heating element 17B, and the data reading-writing part 5 comprises an RFID antenna 15 installed on the downstream side of the protective cover 17D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
