The present invention relates to a functional artificial fishing bank which can be mass-produced with a mold and exhibits effects of improving fish immunity, gathering fish, and increasing plankton. To this end, the fishing bank of the present invention is produced by the following steps: adding potassium magnesium meta-phosphate, sericite, chabazite, and zinc oxide; thoroughly stirring the same; melting the mixture after stirring; inserting the molten material into a mold; and slowly cooling the material in the atmosphere after extracting the same from the mold. |
