PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify, when any error is detected in a medical service supporting system, a terminal device handled by a user of an appropriate message.SOLUTION: An error/message matching table 332 holds data that defines for each attribute matching between errors and messages. A function/message role matching table 333 holds data that defines in a relation of n (n is a natural number):n (n is an integer not smaller than 0) attributes regarding the use of functions of a medical service supporting apparatus 30 and attributes regarding the display of messages. A controller 32 controls, when a plurality of attributes regarding the display of messages are allocated to the attributes of a user logged in at the time of occurrence of any error, a plurality of messages matching the plurality of attributes in a form accessible with a terminal device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
