PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method and an image processor therefor for removing flicker, which are effective even for a moving image and which allow for prompt real-time processing.SOLUTION: The image processing method for removing flicker is provided which comprises the steps of: calculating for a plurality of consecutive frames of an acquired image, brightness of regions obtained by dividing the frames into a plurality of corresponding regions, for each frame and each region; obtaining an average value of brightness of the plurality of consecutive frames for each divided region; and correcting, for a correction target frame in the plurality of consecutive frames, the brightness of each pixel in the region for each divided region, on the basis of a difference between the brightness of the region and the average brightness value corresponding to the region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
