PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for making it possible to display, on an external monitor, an image on which photographing auxiliary information is superposed during photographing by a camera as well as output, to an external storage device, an image on which the photographing auxiliary information is not superposed.SOLUTION: A photographing system is composed of: an imaging device comprising generation means for generating an auxiliary image signal, which is a signal of an image for supporting photographing, from an image signal acquired by imaging means, first output means for outputting the image signal acquired by the imaging means, and second output means for outputting the auxiliary image signal; and a display device comprising first input means for accepting input of an image signal acquired by imaging from the imaging device, second input means for accepting input of the auxiliary image signal from the imaging device, generation means for generating a display image signal obtained by superposing the auxiliary image signal input by the second input means on the image signal input by the first input means, and display means for displaying an image based on the display image signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
