PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "speaker diagnosis device" capable of accurately diagnosing a speaker regardless of a level of external sound.SOLUTION: A diagnosis device for a speaker 14 which is driven by a sound signal given via an amplifier 12 and generates sound based on the sound signal includes: a signal cutoff circuit 13 for cutting off the sound signal to the speaker by opening a circuit for supplying the sound signal to the speaker; waveform information acquisition means (20 and S14) for acquiring waveform information representing a voltage waveform caused by an electromotive force generated in the speaker in the case where the signal cutoff circuit cuts off the sound signal for diagnosis to the speaker in the state where the sound signal for diagnosis is being supplied to the speaker; and decision means (20, S16 and S17) for deciding a quality of the waveform information acquired by the waveform information acquisition means as a quality of the speaker on the basis of a predetermined criterion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
