PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a coffee bean pulverization device capable of removing astringent skins efficiently while suppressing the large size and complication of the device.SOLUTION: A coffee bean pulverization device 1 comprises: one or both a suction part 5 disposed on the closer side of a makeup part 7 than a discharge part 6, for sucking air from the side of a pulverizing blade part 2 and a spray part for spraying air toward the side of the pulverizing blade part 2: and an astringent skin collection part 9 for collecting at least the astringent skin 8 of pulverized coffee beans 10 contained in sucked or blown air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
