PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum type vending machine that allows a cylindrical capsule in which a desired article is accommodated to be taken out from a number of cylindrical capsules of the same or different diameters in which small articles such as toys are accommodated.SOLUTION: A drum type vending machine includes: a cylindrical drum 4 having a capsule discharge port 16; a main rotor 5 disposed rotatably in the drum in which a plurality of capsule accommodation parts 20a-20d are formed by partition plates 18 in a radial direction; a merchandise selection handle 6 for causing the main rotor to rotate; a merchandise determination button 10 that can be operated when the main rotor stops; an opening/closing shutter 27 disposed immediately below the capsule discharge port; and a capsule put-out rotor 40 disposed below the opening/closing shutter which has receiving grooves 43a-43d in the periphery for accommodating at least selected cylindrical capsules.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
