The present invention relates to a device of a robot arm provided with a microscope for eye surgery. A technical object to be solved is to provide an extended area and a stable instrument for a microscope for eye surgery. For this purpose, according to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a device of a robot arm for eye surgery which includes: a supporter including a post having a longitudinally variable length; a first arm having one side coupled to the top of the post so as to be rotated based on a central shaft of the post, and provided with a rotary damper at the other side thereof; a second arm having one side coupled to the other side of the first arm to form a predetermined tilting angle with respect to the ground, coupled to the rotary damper to rotate based on a rotation shaft of the rotary damper, performing a tilting motion by a load applied at the other side at a predetermined tilting angle having an upper limit and stopping the tilting motion when the predetermined tilting angle is equal to or higher than the upper limit; and a motion table coupled to the other side of the second arm and the microscope for eye surgery to horizontally move the microscope in X and Y axes. |
