The present invention relates to a system and method for processing a video or an image of a glass type wearable device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method of the present invention comprises the following steps: (S100) extracting a facial region; (S200) designating the facial region to perform the blurring; and (S300) performing the blurring of the facial region in the video or image. According to the present invention, a face of the other person is blurredly processed in the video or image received through a camera by the glass type wearable device or stored in the glass type wearable device so as to protect privacy of other people who are included as the background when photographing the video or image. Accordingly, the system of the present invention can also solve a violation problem of privacy of other people, which is presented as a problem when realizing the life logging in which everything about a daily life and the surroundings of a user are stored.
