PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of improving the utilization efficiency of frequency bandwidth sharable among plural radio communication systems.SOLUTION: There is provided an apparatus which includes: an acquisition section that acquires a peace of positional information relevant to the position of a radio communication apparatus in a radio communication system and a peace of height-related information relevant to the height of the radio communication apparatus; and a control section that calculates the conditions of use of a frequency bandwidth, which is sharable among plural radio communication systems including the radio communication system, by the radio communication apparatus based on the position-related information and the height-related information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
