PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of white spots generated on the surface of an interior decoration coating film in a high temperature and high humidity region.SOLUTION: Provided is an overcoat coating material composition for interior decoration used to be overcoated to an interior decoration coating film, in which the coefficient of moisture absorption when being left for 1 hr in an environment of 40°C90%R.H. environment is 2.0% or higher.
