PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reading stand that enables pages to be turned by one hand when the reading stand is used.SOLUTION: A cover stopper spring plate for fixing a book is provided and, by using a string for the purpose of fixing a spread part to keep the spread part held, the book is made face down, enabling a reader to read the book in a supine posture. For turning the pages in the reading stand, one hand can be put between the string and the book, guiding the turned pages under the string with that hand.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
