PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a stereoscopic image presentation that makes a seam of lenses non-conspicuous without increase in thickness of a device and with a blurring of a presentation image suppressed in coarse integral imaging.SOLUTION: A naked-eye stereoscopic picture display device comprises: an element image display unit that displays a plurality of element images side by side; and a lens array unit that composed of a plurality of element lens areas, and presents respective element images to an observer through the lens array unit. The lens array unit is provided with a common area having each of adjacent element lens areas partially mixed in an area around a boundary of the adjacent element lens areas, and a plurality of adjacent element images is presented to the observer through the common area. A cross-section structure of the common area has a triangular left/right symmetric mountain or valley formed at a center part of the common area, and when the center part is the mountain or valley, on both sides of the mountain or valley, the triangular mountain is formed that has a gentle inclination surface on a side near to the mountain or valley in comparison with a distant side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
