PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a foot width of a shoe to fit a foot girth of a wearer, to support a natural and ideal walking movement, and to prevent occurrence of various foot disorders.SOLUTION: A shoe insole for foot width adjustment 1 is laid on a shoe inner bottom, thereby enables a shoe foot width to fit a foot girth of a wearer. The shoe insole for foot width adjustment 1 has an outer shape fitting an outer shape of the shoe inner bottom and a thickness enabling the foot width to be adjusted to fit the foot girth of the wearer when laid on the shoe inner bottom. A base part 3 on a heel side and a top part 4 on a toe side are formed in series integrally, the top part 4 formed by a more flexible, more easily bendable, and different material than the base part 3. The base part 3 and top part 4 are continuously arranged such that a boundary part 5 between the base part 3 and top part 4 is along a bone head part of a metatarsal at positions of the second to fifth toes, and the bone head part of the metatarsal is contained in the top part at a position of the first toe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
