PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device, a display system and a display method which achieve less visibility of deterioration in display characteristics even when a semiconductor device having homeostatic abnormality is used.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device (60) is constituted to include: a storage part (36) having a storage region for storing data; a writing part (32A) for sequentially writing a data group of a predetermined unit from an initial address indicating a starting position of the storage region; a reading part (32B) for sequentially reading the data group written in the storage region from the initial address; and a creation part (50) for creating initial addresses different form each other every one or a plurality of predetermined units.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
