The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, provided are an organic light emitting device wherein an indium zinc tin oxide (IZTO) transparent conductive thin film is used as a transparent electrode, and a method thereof. Therefore, a lamp with superior brightness and luminous efficiency and low power consumption can be manufactured. An IZTO transparent electrode can be manufactured through a low-temperature process. Also, since the IZTO transparent electrode has an amorphous property, a roll-to-roll process is applied to manufacture a large-size flexible lamp at economical production cost in a case that the IZTO transparent electrode applied to a flexible substrate is used.
