PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel technology for easily detecting a state of wasteful energy consumption and a factor thereof in a production line.SOLUTION: In order to analyze energy consumption in a production line, a production process analysis system acquires time series data on an energy consumption amount in an analysis object step; acquires time series data on a production amount in the analysis object step; generates graph data indicating the relationship between an integration production amount and an integration energy consumption amount from a certain time on the basis of the time series data on the energy consumption amount and the time series data of the production amount; detects a characteristic pattern appearing on the graph data by analyzing the graph data; generates a message corresponding to the detected characteristic pattern; and outputs the message as an analysis result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
