PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an LED capable of suppressing a cost of manufacture while manufacturing a large quantity of high quality LEDs.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an LED includes: forming a binder-rich layer on the LED and enhancing adhesion; forming a phosphor or phosphor-rich layer by masking thereover; and recovering and reusing phosphor or a mixture of phosphor and a binder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
