PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve degree of freedom of design for a suction device suctioning the inside of a charging nozzle used for supplying hydrogen.SOLUTION: A suction device 20 includes a first vacuum chamber 51, a vacuum pump 55, and a suction nozzle 100. For preparation of moisture removal, the inside of the first vacuum chamber 51 is subjected to vacuum drawing with the vacuum pump 55. Then, the inside of the suction nozzle 100 is suctioned by using the first vacuum chamber 51 subjected to vacuum drawing, and thereby moisture in a charging nozzle 300 is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
