The present invention relates to a food waste recycling apparatus for fermenting food waste, comprising a base frame; a reactor in a hollow structure with an open upper surface, installed on the upper surface of the base frame; a preheating means having a radiator, a first connection pipe, and a preheating air discharge member; an offensive odor collecting means having an offensive odor absorbing member, a second connection pipe, and an absorption fan; a filter member including a body part, multiple vertical barriers, multiple active coal screens; a casing including a hollow casing body, an upper casing, a door, and a bent plate; a third connection pipe whose one end is connected to the body part of the filter member; and an exhaust fan exhausting air without offensive odor to the lower part of the base frame, thereby not only preferably inducing reduction of microorganisms by basically preventing generation of condensing water, but also basically preventing corrosion of materials, selectively collecting waste heat to maintain the proper temperature inside the reactor. |
