PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide welding equipment with a double nozzle, the welding equipment having a high shielding performance and providing a stable weld quality irrespective of a distance between a base metal and the nozzle.SOLUTION: A welding torch 1 of MAG welding includes a welding wire 3, an orifice made of ceramic which straightens flow of first shielding gas, an inner nozzle 7 which is arranged around the orifice 5 and ejects the first shielding gas and an outer nozzle 8 which is arranged outside the inner nozzle 7 and ejects second shielding gas. A contact chip 4 into which a welding wire 3 is inserted and which energizes the welding wire 3 is projected from an opening 7a of the inner nozzle 7. A gas lens 12 for straightening the flow of the second shielding gas is provided inside the outer nozzle 8. An opening 8a of the outer nozzle 8 is arranged on the base end side rather than the opening 7a of the inner nozzle 7, a diametrically reduced part 8b is formed in which a diameter on the opening 8a side is reduced and a heat-resistant fiber body 13 having a high air-permeability which catches sputter upon welding is filled into the downstream side of the gas lens 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
