PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an inner package brought into a closed state by connecting an end material to both end portions of a cylindrical barrel part, with which the cylindrical barrel part can be closed by welding of the end material more easily without the need for skill.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an inner package includes removing a short cylindrical ring 21 after a welding part 10 is formed by heating over the entire circumference from a peripheral part in tight contact between a welding piece 3 and a welding piece 7. The welding piece 3 is formed by passing a cylindrical barrel part 2 from the inside of the ring 21 having approximately the same diameter dimension as the cylindrical barrel part 2 with respect to the ring 21, and then folding the whole circumference of an end portion toward the outside of the ring 21.
