PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively inexpensive mammary prosthesis capable of accommodating to wearers in a wide age range and, even when a wearer is looked by other persons during bathing and the like, preventing the wearer from caring about it.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a mammary prosthesis 1 includes a preparation step and a pasting step. The preparation step includes preparing: a mammary prosthesis body 2 including a mamma surface part 201 formed by imitating the curve of the mamma and having no part corresponding to the nipple, and a mamma base material 20 composed of a silicone rubber; and an artificial nipple 3 to be pasted to the mamma surface part 201 of the mammary prosthesis body 2.
