PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radial thrust bearing preload adjustment mechanism capable of shortening an output shaft.SOLUTION: A radial thrust bearing 103 is disposed between a rocker link 18 rotatably, pivotally supported by an output shaft 3 and the output shaft 3. A conical bearing 101 that includes an end outer ring 101a, an end inner ring 101b, and a conical roller 101c is provided in an end portion of the output shaft 3. The conical bearing 101 is a bearing whose a load action line is inclined so that a radially inward side is inclined toward an axial center of the output shaft 3.
