PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system recovering and utilizing unused heat with low power.SOLUTION: An actuation medium Ahm used for recovery of unused heat is utilized in a condition of evaporating with temperature of an unused heat source and contracting with heat dissipation in a heat pump 10. The condition is repeated by circulating the actuation medium Ahm in a heat pump 23 and a heat exchange plate 21 including an outer coating member contacting with the unused heat source and a heat exchange member disposed so as to contact to the inner surface of the outer coating member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
