PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a COrecovery device and a COrecovery method which can continue stable operation even when an operation condition changes.SOLUTION: A COrecovery device 1 includes: a COabsorption tower 14 which makes a COabsorbent 13 absorb COcontained in exhaust gas 11A; a COabsorbent regeneration tower 15 which heats and regenerates the COabsorbent 13; and a COrecovery amount control part 111 which calculates an operation target value of a COrecovery amount and an operation target value of a COrecovery rate based on a set value of the COrecovery rate, COconcentration of the exhaust gas 11A, actual measured values of a gas flow rate and a temperature, and maximum values of the COrecovery amounts in the COabsorption tower 14 and the COabsorbent regeneration tower 15, and controls a supply amount of the COabsorbent 13 to the COabsorption tower 14, a supply amount of the COabsorbent 13 to the COabsorbent regeneration tower 15, and a supply amount of the saturated water vapor S to a regenerative heater 31 of the COabsorbent regeneration tower 15 based on the set value of the COrecovery rate and the operation target value of the COrecovery rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
