PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing device, a data processing method and a data processing program which allow for accurate data storage, by preventing alteration or deletion of the data of a document, event history, and the like.SOLUTION: A data processing device includes an input section receiving monitor history data to be monitored in text form. An arithmetic processing section converts the monitor history data in text form into image data, decomposes the image data into respective components along with the pixel, and then converts the image data of this color mode, decomposed into respective components, into compression history data along with the pixel.
