PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure various biosignals at appropriate positions without depending on a specialist.SOLUTION: A biosignal measurement device includes: a sensor 1 that comes into contact with a nerve fiber N and detects a nerve action potential generated at the nerve fiber N; a signal processing part 2 that is connected to the sensor 1 via a wire 5, acquires a signal based on the nerve action potential from the sensor 1 and wirelessly transmits it; a transmission/reception part 3 that receives the signal from the signal processing part 2. The sensor 1 and signal processing part 2 are implanted in a subject's body.
